7 February 2008 - Where are we heading?? Really?

Um, this is scary and stupid.

Idiot.  Good news, they are not all in sports.......nor politics.  But now I know that Scottsdale, Arizona, is the Mos Eisley Spaceport of our planet.

OK, now this guy is not only an idiot, but thanks to the judge he is REALLY embarrassed now.

Love that judge.....the punishment is more than the fine.  It is the world laughing at his shortcomings.

Here is a landgrab that I think needs to be brought to the attention of others.

If in 190 years you have not corrected an error, that would be YOUR problem Georgia. Give it up.

No one wanted to be on the flight with another smelly Frenchman anyway.

I guess the point in linking to these stories for your enjoyment is to simply point out the oddities of the human condition.

Yup, the nuts are everywhere.

Sadly, at times I think that I might be lumped in.  You may have heard that maybe it is the insane who have it right and the rest of us got it wrong.  Could be some truth in that.

But here is the point I am trying, and probably failing, to make is that when you look at how odd something or someone is, you got to keep yourself in focus.  Someone else could be putting you in the nut category.

Oh, and Britney Spears is out again.  No connection.

-----------------------

Speaking of nuts, my favorites in election years are the candidates and their spin doctors.  For example, who were the winners on Super Tuesday?

John McCain on the GOP side, right?  Really?  I heard over the weekend that he would lock up the GOP nomination on Tuesday.  Well, that didn't happen...OFFICIALLY at least.  But Mike Huckabee made a great showing when he had been written off.  He is still trailing Mitt Romney.  And Romney is claiming victory in a fashion similar to that of Baghdad Bob.

Barack Obama on the Dem side, right?  Or was it Hillary Clinton?   Well, the delegate count is 1024 to 933 in favor of Senator Clinton.  But the momentum was on the side of Obama, is it still?

Spin, spin, spin.

And I am questioning WHO is nuts?

My head hurts and I still have a show to do.

And this just in.  This spin doctoring.....that is why Britney is out.  She is reported to have said, "I watched that stuff and you think I am nuts?"
