17 April 2008 - Start needling 'em....States win 7-2

The Supreme Court ruled seven to two (the two being Ginsberg and Souter) that the three drug cocktail for lethal injections are just fine with them.

First, more proof that Ginsberg is the most liberal member of the court and that Souter is the biggest disappointment of George H.W. Bush's Presidency.

It appears that every state that is effected by this ruling is trying to rid themselves of the backlog.  Except maybe Missouri and California.  There is a move for a two year moritorium here in Missouri.  I do not oppose this IF it is for the right reasons.  IF it is ONLY to end the practice of using executions as a punishment, then it is a dishonest approach to things.

Another debate last night between Hillary and Barack.  Yawn.
